Returns Policy
At All Terrain Solutions (trading as Universal Ground Solutions), we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read this Returns Policy carefully.
1. Parts (New & Used)
Return Window
- You may return parts within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
- The fee is not applied to faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the part is faulty or not as described.
2. ATVs (New & Used)
New & Used ATVs
- ATVs are non-returnable once sold, except where required by law
- Customers are strongly advised to inspect vehicles before purchase
Used ATV Warranty (RTB)
- All used ATVs come with a 1-month RTB warranty, unless otherwise stated
- Customers must return the ATV to our premises for any warranty claims
- The warranty covers major mechanical faults only
- It does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Consumable items (e.g., tyres, brake pads, batteries)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance
3. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund
- No restocking fee will be charged for faulty or incorrectly supplied items
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
- For eligible returns of parts, the refund will be minus the 15% restocking fee
