All used items are sold as seen and as described.

• We make every effort to describe items accurately, but no guarantee is given on lifespan or performance

New Parts & New ATVs

New items are supplied in new condition and may include a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

5. Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any part purchased is compatible with their ATV.
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to compatibility issues.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty

ATVs (New & Used)

• Vehicles are non-returnable once sold, except where required by law
• Customers are strongly advised to inspect vehicles before purchase

10. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

11. Vehicle Sales

When purchasing an ATV from us:
